Terms and Conditions for The LOST Table

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your booking of events or services provided by TablePerch Studios LLP (“we”, “us”), operating as The LOST Table / Life of Simple Treats.

Services – We curate intimate dining experiences at our home studio or partner venues, and offer private dining for small gatherings. Menus may change based on seasonality and availability.

Eligibility – You must be 18 or older to book and pay. For events serving alcohol, valid ID may be requested.

Booking & Payment – Bookings are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. Prices are listed in INR. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion (with full refund if payment has been captured).

Allergies & Dietary Notes – Our kitchen handles common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, seeds). While we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Severe allergies must be flagged before booking.

Event Conduct – Guests are expected to respect hosts and fellow diners. We may refuse service to disruptive or unsafe guests.

Cancellations & Refunds – Governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Seats once booked cannot be transferred to another guest. We will try our best to fill your seat from our waitlist. If that does not happen, the booking amount will be forfeited.

Intellectual Property – Content, photos, menus, and recipes remain our property. Do not reproduce without permission.

Liability – We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the booking fee paid.

Privacy – Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction.
