Refund Policy for The LOST Table 

Our aim is to provide clarity on refunds for event bookings and private dining services.

If we cancel an event: You will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price to your original payment method.

If you cancel (seatings):

• 7+ days before event: Full refund (less payment gateway charges, if any).

• 3–6 days before event: 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours before event or no-show: Non-refundable.

Seats once booked cannot be transferred. We will try our best to fill your seat from our waitlist. If that does not happen, the booking amount will be forfeited.

Private dining deposits: Non-refundable within 7 days of service date; earlier cancellations may receive partial refund at our discretion.

Refund timeline: Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank/UPI app may take additional time to reflect the credit.
